What data we collect

Assessment answers — the responses you give in the free assessment (e.g. general lifestyle answers), used only to personalise your result.
Contact details — your name and email address, provided when you request your result or place an order.
Order details — the guide and any add-ons you purchase, and the amount paid. We never see or store your full card number — payment is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
Technical data — IP address, browser/device type and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).

How we use your data

To generate your personalised assessment result.
To process your order and deliver the guide and any bonuses by email.
To send order-related emails (confirmation, delivery, support).
With your implied consent from making a purchase or starting the assessment, to send a limited number of related follow-up emails (for example, a reminder if you didn't finish checking out). You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email we send.
To measure and improve how our website performs, and to run advertising responsibly (see Cookies below).

Who we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors, each of whom is contractually required to protect your data:

Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, delivery emails).
Meta (Facebook), Google and Taboola — advertising and analytics, via cookies/pixels described below.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and the Taboola pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These may set cookies in your browser. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; blocking them will not affect your ability to complete your order.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and payment records for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law (normally up to 6 years). Assessment answers that don't lead to a purchase are kept only as long as needed to support the follow-up emails described above, and are deleted or anonymised after that.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to any legal retention requirements (e.g. order records).
Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing emails.
